Make the space work for your business.

An office renovation may involve worn finishes, changing how rooms are used or repairs before moving in. Bring your plans or describe the problem. We’ll discuss the rooms involved, existing conditions and work needed to bring the space together.

Explain what the change should allow your business to do differently: repurpose a room, refresh worn surfaces or complete repairs before using the space. A room-by-room outline helps separate main priorities from smaller finishing changes you’d like to discuss.

Look beyond the surface.

Insulation, soundproofing and repairs may be part of a project’s scope. Flag water damage, damaged walls or sound concerns in your inquiry so they can be considered alongside the visible finishing work.

Describe where a problem appears and how it affects the rooms’ use. Include close photos of damaged surfaces and wider views of the area. For sound concerns, identify the spaces involved. These observations help us start the conversation; you don’t need a technical assessment.

Talk through access and timing.

Tell us whether the premises are occupied, the hours when they’re used and any access restrictions. Include important dates and areas that must remain available. These details help us discuss a practical scope and schedule for your business.

At the inquiry stage, mention shared entrances, the movement of staff or visitors, and furniture or equipment near the proposed work. Identify dates that matter to your business, while allowing time to discuss what the work involves before making arrangements.

Bring us the brief.

Send the property location, photos, proposed changes and approximate budget. Mention available drawings or a list of required work in your inquiry. For projects outside Sault Ste. Marie, we’ll discuss travel and scheduling.

Outline the rooms involved, planned changes and information already available. If you have several priorities, rank them and flag anything undecided. Drawings, reference photos and a written list can be discussed together; your brief doesn’t need a polished presentation.
