The building’s purpose, size and site conditions shape the work. Share drawings, approximate dimensions or an outline of your needs. We’ll discuss which parts of the project you’d like us to take on.

Distinguish the building’s intended use from the work you’re asking about, whether it’s a whole new structure, foundations or framing. If some parts are already planned, explain what’s decided and what remains to discuss.

A garage can provide parking, storage or space for your own projects. Describe its intended use, the size you have in mind and position on the property. We can discuss a garage package and construction scope around those needs.

Consider what needs to fit inside and how you’ll move in and out. Vehicles, storage and personal projects can bring different priorities. Share these uses with your dimensions, rather than relying on one example photo to explain the building.

Include your town, site photos and any information you have about access to the building area. Tell us whether drawings are available and how far planning has progressed. For Northern Ontario projects outside the Sault, location and travel are part of the initial discussion.

Photograph the proposed building area and access route, including nearby structures or features that explain the setting. Identify the location on your drawings. This gives us a clearer starting point than a close photo of an empty area.

Your first inquiry doesn’t need to answer every question. Describe the building, approximate budget and preferred timing to give us a starting point. We’ll discuss the project and details needed for the next step.
